Expiration Date of Course:

 

Pre-Licensing courses expire one year after the date of purchase. School will allow students to purchase a new course at a 50% discount of the current retail price of the new course.  Each individual course will have an expiration date listed in the student’s account.

Post-licensing and continuing education courses expires one year after the date of purchase. School will allow students to purchase a new course at a 50% discount of the current retail price of the new course.  Each individual course will have an expiration date listed in the student’s account.  

Pre-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 70% and may be taken a maximum of two times.

Proctoring Final Exams: The state requires that your 60 Hour Salesperson final course exam be proctored. You’ll need to schedule an appointment with an online proctor in advance. You can find full details of the proctoring process on the proctor tab. Upon passing the final course exam you will be asked to sign an affidavit verifying your identity as the student who completed the course and the final course exam. The 6-Hour Reciprocal course does not require the final exam to be proctored.

Refunds:

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase, prior to course expiration, and the course is not more than 50% completed.

Regarding Exam Prep Edge, we will refund the purchase price of any Exam Prep Edge product if the refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and if the initial assessment has not been completed.

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
